Welcome to Maudling's Mice... Errr... Maudling's MySpace!
Hello, I'm Maudling the Cat. I love good beer, as do my owners. None of this Budweiser or Stella mass-produced crap, PROPER beer brewed with skill in small batches is the way! Read some of my beer reviews (go to my pictures), and treat yourself* to a tasty craft-brewed ale or lager.*Disclaimer: As long as you're old enough.
Maybe you could even do a beer and food pairing using my reviews. My favourite is a perfectly cellared 2005-vintage Brooklyn Monster paired with medium-rare dormouse and stir-fried catnip (sorry Garrett, please forgive me! :) ).Craft beer = Brewed on a small scale by dedicated brewers. Local examples are Brooklyn, Sixpoint, Chelsea, Kelso, Blue Point, Defiant, Cricket Hill, and Captain Lawrence. And look out for the new Cold River Brewery's stuff later this year (brewed in MA but all involved reside in NYC)...
