Hey long runner! I hope you are enjoying your summer... I was until today and it was 120% humid outside!!! Not perfect running conditions that is for sure!
I hope a sub 27 is in the works - I've been feeling pretty draggy lately, but I'm getting my game face on! Are you still pushing along as always? I'm driving to West Texas tomorrow, and I thought of you doing that Canyon race. We'll be right at the Canyon tomorrow afternoon, but I think I'll enjoy a nice flat long run!
