Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is affiliated with Helio Soneca and I am an instructor and purple belt in the Helio Soneca Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association. Soneca is currently a 4th Dan and known as one of the best fighters and Masters in the world. He is also one of the founders of Gracie Barra.

Krav Maga is a Hebrew term meaning "contact combat." Krav Maga is the official Self-Defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces.
It is designed for people of all shapes, sizes, and physical abilities regardless of age. Unlike most self defense systems, Krav Maga is not a sport. It is 100% street oriented and ensures that you are trained to survive in real life situations while getting you in the best shape of your life.
