CIRCO MACABRO!!!
The first couple weeks this January 2008 we did a in some ways different entrance mural painting project at Aalborg Theater, Dennis Seide and me. Artistically it was handed out free for us to do whatever we felt like doing, as long as it had a reference to the new experimental "Transformator" scene they boosting now. Just some days ago I was interviewed for "Speartalks" by the lovely Carmel Hagen who threw me a good handful of questions and did a great job on handling my thoughts and scribblings turning them into something worth spending a few minutes on. At the moment I'm trying to figure out how to transfer elements of my canvas artworks to a pair of "Tagur" sneakers which will feature in the "Inked Souls" show in Washington D.C. opening august the 2nd.. ! Really quite a struggle, cuz you'd want 'em to look they very best right!?
I'll throw up some proces pix for ya'll to see how the sneaks came out..
And may I say, CHECK THE LINEUP YO!!!
Atticus Gallery - Barcelona.
Besides that doing a lotta new works going to Barcelona later this autumn for a one of a kind groupshow at the new Atticus Gallery in town. In the house also featuring with works will be my crew dudes ARO and Mike Hyp, both from the "Die Post Ist Da!" show at "Intoxicated Demons" in Berlin this May. Also my main man and graphic enhancer extra ordinairre Thekeld.com will be showing his new stuff.. Our lovely friend Tina Ziegler is behind all this great hype!
