About Max Fischer

I recently decided to start writing again after taking a long time off. I am lucky enough to belong to a great label based out of Austin, TX called Beats Broke. I used to be a self-centered, egotistical person and rapper who started rapping publicly because it was a fun way to talk crap to people. Then I started thinking too much of myself and started recording numerous diss tracks and songs about how much better at rapping I was than everyone else who rapped. Lame. I got caught up the hype of being a rapper and it almost got the best of me.

When I first started doing shows and recording songs I was roughly 20 or 21. I've grown up a lot since then in years and in maturity. I still like to have fun and joke around sometimes, so I will at times write light-hearted songs. However, I refuse to rap about senseless things. The artist that I used to be is gone. I enjoy hip hop and because of that I want to start making songs again, but I will write humbly and honestly. I don't care about success or money. Rapping for me is simply a form of expression that I enjoy. So, that being said if you enjoy it too, then I feel successful.
