Franny	Sep 7 2007 6:22 PM nothing much is new. but im doing great!! you would be so proud of me! i work out twice a day everyday. ive lost 30-32 pounds. pretttyyyy friggen awesome. thats so weird you wrote me because everytime i go to lifetime i think hmmmmm hows max doing??? haha. so how the heck are you?!!? where did you go?? did you like move or something?? lol. well. im meeting with a nutritionist and getting re-assesed for my physical fitness. im not planning on getting a new trainer. im doing fine on my own. but i need to see how much progress i have made. so yay! i AM going to be mrs. muscles pretty soon!! haha good to hear from you. franny
