About me: I'm a 54 year old man, separated, and just finished raising (riiiight!) three children by my self. My youngest just turned 18 (2007) and moved out. My middle one made me a grandfather, the brat! Oldest is still in Iraq. I also have one illegally adopted daughter that later married into the family and now has three wonderful children of her own.
The past several years have been pretty well centered around my kids and work. I now spend most of my spare time on various news forums and researching family History. I use the forum discussions as an excuse to learn more about almost anything that catches my interest.
I'm also strongly against the current methods of Child Protection as practiced by most States, especially Florida. I have a thread on the Lakeland Ledger "News Talk" forum.
I'm also becoming quite a political activist. I'm strongly for impeaching Cheney and Bush, along with their little cabal! And voting out any incumbents! We need a new set of crooks in office. :)

Sometime I'm gonna have to get you over to play some pool, maybe even drag Rick & his Princess over at some point too. Heck, maybe I just need to throw a shindig sometime this summer. :)
But whatever works out would be fun. I would like to actually talk with you again at one of these get togethers, too many people at too long a table and it gets harder to do.
