I could live for the broken and carry their pain, I could die like a martyr or live like a saint, I could sing like an angel and gather Your praise, be blessed beyond measure and give it away... Still nothing compares to what You've done for me.

Music
It started out as a feeling
Which then grew into a hope
Which then turned
into a quiet thought
Which then turned
into a quiet word
And then that word grew
louder and louder
Til it was a battle cry
I'll come back
When you call me
No need to say goodbye
Just because
everything's changing
Doesn't mean it's never
been this way before
All you can do is try to
know who your friends are
As you head off to the war
Pick a star on the dark horizon
And follow the light
You'll come back
when it's over
No need to say goodbye
Now we're back
to the beginning
It's just a feeling
and no one knows yet
But just because
they can't feel it too
Doesn't mean that
you have to forget
Let your memories
grow stronger and stronger
Til they're before your eyes
You'll come back
When they call you
No need to say goodbye

Books
oh my gracious...
if you know me just a bit, you already know that to list this item is almost impossible...
I read perhaps to much... but I'll recommend two books that I think everybody should read at least once in their lifetime.
1) God.com by James Langteaux
2) Dangerous Wonder by Mike Yaconelly

"I will have poetry in my life. And adventure. And love. Love above all. No... not the artful postures of love, not playful and poetical games of love for the amusement of an evening, but love that... over-throws life. Unbiddable, ungovernable - like a riot in the heart, and nothing to be done, come ruin or rapture. Love - like there has never been in a play..."
"God proved His love on the Cross. When Christ hung, and bled, and died, it was God saying to the world, "I love you."
"Missionary zeal does not grow out of intellectual beliefs, nor out of theological arguments, but out of love"
"I have but one passion: It is He, it is He alone. The world is the field and the field is the world; and henceforth that country shall be my home where I can be most used in winning souls for Christ. "
"Some wish to live within the sound of a chapel bell; I wish to run a rescue mission within a yard of hell. "

Yeah. I'm not sure what those folks you mention are really thinking about. For Jesus was totally heavenly minded but did more good on earth than anyone. What I get at in the teaching is that some of us have put the priority on citizenship in earthly governments, ect., above citizenship in heaven, and thus we have blocked heaven. This is what I think about Jesus' way of doing it. He was totally present on earth but was filled with heaven (via the Holy Spirit) at the same time. I think maybe the dear people that seem to always be thinking about heaven are maybe sort of into tradition or something, for if we are really "in heaven" while on earth, we will care greatly for the people of the earth as God does. Good points you make!!! Bless you, brother, and Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!
Well I've been pretty much engulfed with ministry, it's taking a lot even from school, but God's on my side and grades are not great but stable. I love ministering so much, and I can't wait to move! When we move my parents, a few other people, and myself have a ministry team that will go into full effect once we move. God's taking me places man, all I can do is love him. that's it basically
