There is usually no cover at Max's Place, hence the payment for performers is in drink and food and a place to sell merchandise and a place to perform original music. Max's Place provides a performance venue for original Bloomington area musicians. Max's Place hosts shows by Bloomington bands, musicians, and songwriters.
