About me:

My name is Maya Banks, and I'm currently published with Samhain Publishing and Penguin Putnam (Berkley) I live in Texas with my husband, three children and assortment of cats. When I'm not writing, I'm usually hunting, fishing or playing poker. A southern girl born and bred, I love life below the Mason Dixon (can't imagine living anywhere else) and more importantly, love bringing southern characters and settings to life in my stories.

I'm a bit quirky. My favorite word is the F word *g* I'm not overly tolerant of whining, pissing, or moaning. Anal people make me crazy. My ideal person is laid back, smart ass, and a bit of a bitch ;) I'm honest, blunt, and forthright, and I appreciate people who are the same.

Can't wait to start on Sweet Persuasion. I am reading a different author at the moment but as soon as I am done I am on to that one.
