Three Glances of a Soul featuring Corrine Panisi is available from Amazon.com. A collection of lyrical love poems,Three Glances of a Soul is considered a must-read for "anyone who has ever been in, or thought about being in love".

The Book of Fuck by Ben Myers, heralded by Spike Magazine as "A mix of furious punning, musical musing and starving artist clichés twisted into new shapes, all set against his love of London's squalid glamour. It's a prose style that can certainly be called punk rock, but the tone of our hero is far more gentle and even genteel than even the most half-hearted sneer from Mr Rotten. He's a Cat Stevens' fan, for Christ's sake..." is available for purchase by Clicking Here Today!

And to Think That He Kissed Him on Lorimer Street is prolific author Richard Grayson's latest collection of short stories, which Kirkus Discovery described as "low-key, conversational prose, injected with flashes of wry wit....fuse vivid characters with a keen sense of place and cultural specificity."

Who I'd like to meet:

High Contrast--Literature of the Digital Evolution

High Contrast seeks to be on the vanguard of the digital literary movement. I am looking for artworks of all styles that encompass the cross-section of what is being produced.

High Contrastwill be updated once per day. If your work is not accepted I will inform you whether it has been held over for future publication, or if it just doesn't fit with the style of what I am looking for. Feel free to submit more material if at first you are not accepted.

If you have a Myspace account, your byline will include the link to your profile. Include your Full Name or Pen Name as you would like for it to appear in your byline, and email address if so desired. If you have a Myspace account, please place a reciprocal link in your blog to High Contrast AT LEAST on the day that you are published. Also placing a bulletin for all your friends to see is highly encouraged.

High Contrast will also appear as a print zine, to be published once per week, with the best of the week distributed free in my local market. If you would like your work NOT included in the print version, please inform me on submission.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1:Literary Poetry, Fiction, and Non-Fiction of aesthetic value.
2:3,000 Words Max.
3:Previously Published material accepted. BUT PLEASE include prior-publication information as per your previous market's request.
4:NO Multiple Submissions in the same 15 day period.
5:I am not an editor, so I expect your work to be in finished form upon submission.
6:Submit by placing your work in the text of a Myspace Message. This will obviously limit the amount of special font and formatting you can do, so please keep that in mind.
7:If you do not want your work included in the Print Version, please make that very clear upon submission.
8:I hold no exclusive-rights to your work, and assume it to be copyright protected on your own accord. I would, however, appreciate, if your work goes on to be published elsewhere, mention of High Contrast as the original outlet (and linkbacks if possible). High Contrast would like to have a non-exclusive right to keep your piece in the Archives, but this can be waived on request.
9:High Contrast is also planned as a quarterly anthology (first planned for April 2007), and the anthology will be a paying market. Inclusion in the print zine (or even the blog) is not mandatory, although suggested. PLEASE specify in your submission which of the three mediums you are submitting for.
