About me: Maya Yoga studio is located in Kansas City, MO and is owned by Kathleen Kastner Mortenson and Wade Mortenson.
Maya has been in operation for seven years in the Crossroads Art District of downtown KC. The studio features Ashtanga and Vinyasa classes, intended to help you stretch and grown on the mat and in your life. The studio has a wonderful spiritual communtiy and all levels are welcome!
Yoga can help you; strengthen and stretch your entire body, lose weight, release addictions, decrease stress, open your heart, connect you to your spirit and to God.
