About me: Maya Yoga studio is located in Kansas City, MO and is owned by Kathleen Kastner.
Maya has been in operation for five years in the Crossroads Art District of downtown KC. The studio features Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Power Yoga classes, intended to help you stretch and grown on the mat and in your life. The studio has a wonderful spiritual communtiy and all levels are welcome!
Yoga can help you; strengthen and stretch your entire body from head to toe, lose weight, release addictions, decrease stress, open your heart, connect you to your spirit and to God.
