really wish I could afford to see you guys headline! :( college is sucking the life out of me! tried to win tickets to see you guys in allentown and wrote you a wonderful story about how i just had surgery a week before your show last october and how i still went, in a weelchair with one leg and one arm bandaged up (it sucked to be me that night!) and i realized, why bother? you obviously cannot read your fan mail if you couldnt pick me for tickets after my great, completely not made up story (i have medical records!) so it makes me oober sad but ill keep trying to hopefully one day get tickets to see you for being, you know, a real fan and crying to some of your older lyrics because they mean that much to me! i've seen you 5 times and still get tears in my eyes when you play certain songs :( but sorry you probably dont read my comments or posts because they are 9 miles long but you guys mean more than life to me, thank you for your music <33
You guys were amazing tonight in Augusta! I fought for three hours to get to the front, and I finally succeeded just as you guys came on. It was harder to stay up there than getting up there, though! Thank you guys so much for an amazing show. Thank you Derek, Jeremy, and Brooks for signing my shirt. Thank you Derek again for signing the back of my phone. And thank you Derek a third time for taking a picture with me, which is now my default :) Thanks again to all of you guys for putting on an awesome show, and please come back to Augusta in 2010!
