I'm 26, and I live in Mobile, Alabama. I fell in love with the piano when I was 14 and began playing guitar around age 22. I currently teach piano/guitar/bass guitar lessons at a local music store. I lost my singing voice about a year ago due to nodules (blisters) on my vocal cords, and I'm currently undergoing speech therapy in order to strengthen my voice so I can sing again. I am confident that God will heal my voice and allow me to sing again. But even if He doesn't, I am grateful to have had the chance to sing His praises at all. He is good in ALL that He does! "From Him and to Him and through Him are ALL things."

Hey man, I'm glad the music thing is working out for you! You're seriously the only one that could pull something like that off. I saw a stray cat the other day and was reminded of the insane amount of cats that live in Mobile. I'm sorry to hear that you're still suffering in that crazy land, but someday soon you should betray your homeland and move up here to Chicago.
