We provide a super FUN Ladies ONLY alternative aerobic dance work out @ Olive Juice 543 Blair Blvd in Eugene! ***Open Group Introductory Sessions are available on Tuesdays from 6-8pm ***Private Group Sessions are available by appointment only, for those of you that would like to attend with a group of friends. ***Private Training Sessions are available for ladies that would like a little extra help pushing themselves to the next level. ***Gift Certificates are available upon request, for partners/spouses/friends that want to treat a special lady to something new and FUN!

You don't have to be a certin fitness level to enjoy the benifits of Pole Aerobics. Beginers are welcomed and encouraged! This is a supportive ladies ONLY group environment rich in positive self talk, and self care!

Aaahh shit man. Fuck'n sorry about that. We could have taken you to the lower valley but you said you wanted to go to the Gorge. I was wondering why it was you wanted to go to the Gorge to hitch to Portland. Well don't I feel like a recycled douche. Lack of concentration in my communication... story of my life. My memory is not toooo good).....any how i was sleeping sooooo sooo good and my 14yo (yes, I'm old and got a son entering fuckin freshman) woke me up, damn him... so then we got to talking about him being the next Mr. North in 4 years, and high school and middle school, blah, blah, blah and it lead me to remembering the dream i just had....about you... and i told him to be sure to remind me to get at you today and offffffffffffffff course that trigger 50 billion other questions about who you were, how i knew you, etc., etc., etc... the boy is too damn smart for his own good... had to tell him i don't remember shit except we used to be tight...real tight, you were my mayonaise cause i could never say your name right...
i remember you knew his dad, and we came over to show off our lil one after he was born... feels like a century ago... oh my how time flies - and sometimes we aint even having fun... ??? whatz up with dat?
