愛知県岡崎市出身　　　
バンタン芸術学院（ヴォーカリストコース）卒業


99年、Melodie Sextonのバッククワイヤーを経て、 2000年より、club CORE、Pink Noise、ROCKWEST、MILKなどのクラブで活動開始。
2004年、JEFF SATO、島田和夫(元・憂歌団)らとのブルースセッションでゲストボーカルを務める。(ビートルズトリビュートアルバムにも参加)

2006年はアコースティックユニットとしてライブ活動後、2007年より再びソロに転向。

新たな活動を展開するべく、新生MAYU BINGOが誕生。
ミディアムグルーヴからアコースティックバラードを優しい歌声で聴かせる。

一度聴いたら忘れられない、確かな歌唱力と多くの人を惹きつける声の持ち主。
楽曲とサウンドはCeiling Touch のMAY24が手がけることでも知られる。
