Os MAZZALOV são constituídos por músicos oriundos do distrito do Porto.
Como experiências individuais, contam já com vários anos onde contribuíram para diversos projectos musicais nas mais variadas áreas, desde a música clássica, pop music, passando pelo rock, até ao heavy metal, contando também com um extenso currículo de espectáculos ao vivo (a nível individual), quer no circuito nacional, quer no circuito internacional.
São, por isso, essas experiências, que influenciam actualmente a sonoridade dos MAZZALOV, cuja prioridade se centra na diversidade sonora, que consideram como extremamente audível e comercial, não descurando, no entanto, importantes e belos pormenores técnicos em cada um dos seus temas.
A primeira aparição em público dos Mazzalov foi a 03/05/2004 no programa de televisão XPTO, passando depois pelas salas Fnac e por locais como o bar BLÁ BLÁ ( Matosinhos ), Braga Parque ( Braga ) pelo Festival de Música de Maçores ( Torre de Moncorvo) pela SMSTV ( Programa Bandas de Garagem) e pelo palco do HARD CLUB ( V.N.GAIA ) entre outros.Neste momento os MAZZALOV preparam o seu primeiro album de originais, cujo primeiro single poderá ser ouvido muito brevemente.
MAZZALOV hail from Oporto, Portugal.
Counting several years of experience as background, where contributed to many other projects ranging from rock, heavy metal, pop and even classical music, these five musicians decided to get together and embrace a whole new music project which was later baptized as mazzalov.
Considering themselves a Rock band, they feel no particular attachment to this music style, feeling free to wander around and explore other sounds as can be heard in themes like “Out of a Dream” or “All I Want is You”, which, along with more powerful songs such as “World” and “Lucky”, have been receiving very positive feedback from all kinds of media and general public.
Live performances are “Top Priority” for mazzalov, the place where the band meets their fans and really feel the need to “let it all out”. Among many live shows we can emphasize an appearance at portuguese TV music program “XPTO”, where the band played live for a national audience.
MAZZALOV are now recording their first album. This is the first single called "What About Us?". Enjoy it!

Boas, o videoclip do primeiro single do nosso segundo álbum, "fragmental" - que sairá no Verão deste ano – já está online. O áudio ainda não está masterizado porque esse processo terá lugar na Suécia daqui a um mês pela mão de Björn Englemann (Rammstein, Within Temptation, Dimmu Borgir, In Flames, Sonata Arctica, The Hives, etc...).
