Matt Baron played drums, guitar, some bass, some keys, vocals, backing vocals, melodica, percussion, and songwriter. Brian Goodheart played most bass, some keys, some backing vocals, and aesthetician. Brad Meyers played guitar, some bass and percussion. Michelle Morales played cello. Jack Baron played baritone sax and clarinet. Jacqueline Kohlmann played clarinet. Sara Earhart played trumpet. Dan Schor sang backup on a song. Laura Carter sang some backing vocals, too. Well, most of them, really.
The rest of the credit goes to Coach House, Matt Baron’s home, and the months of April, May, June and July of 2008. The basement of the Coach House whispers on “Monster”. The kitchen and living room are part of the drums. All arrangements, part writing, recording, and mixing were done in those four months, regardless of vacations, girlfriends, and a move to NYC. The sound of The Rooms is that house, at that time.
