Our MBA volunteers are a little strange...they have graduated from top MBA programs in Canada, USA, Europe and Australia...they love business...they're not interested in money... they're not interested in making the world's richest lists...they're not doing this for fame...and most of our MBA volunteers have been sick with diarrhea or have had malaria during their postings!

MBAs Without Borders (MWB) is an international not-for-profit that was founded in Canada with a mission to "contribute to the business and social development of upcoming nations through work rotations of MBA professionals."

In 2007 as we expect to send 20 to 25 MBA volunteer to over 15 new countries on projects that will:

     * Bring light to new communities in India
     * Develop income-generation programs in Colombia
     * Provide better healthcare in Pakistan, Zimbabwe
     * Build up fair trade markets in Rwanda and Ethiopia
     * Continue to build up micro-finance institutions in Haiti, Kenya

All this and more as we continuing to develop people & nations!

Our Partners & How We Support Them MWB works are in three industries: Healthcare, Agriculture and Financial. We believe these areas are the key to developing a nation and it's economy. Within these industries, we partner with local businesses, international businesses and NGOs who seek business support with finance, accounting, operations, strategy, marketing, etc.

Outside these industries, we also partners with local income-generation programs that are working to build up their communities one dollar, peso, shilling, leon or rupee at a time.

What is a MBA? Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

is a master's degree available at top universities around the globe. It is a valuable degree for people interested in business and who have an entrepreneurial spirit. MBAs (i.e. people who have their MBA) can specialize in different areas including: finance, accounting, health management and international development.
