Believe and Receive VERSE: “Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours” (Mark 11:24, NIV).
THOUGHTS: Has God spoken things to your heart that haven’t come to pass yet? Sometimes when we are believing for things, it’s easy to let circumstances and the pressures of life drag us down. But when you make the choice to receive your promise by picturing it in your mind’s eye, and declaring it with the words of your mouth, your faith becomes stronger. You begin to feel more confident. You begin to feel more settled. You begin to have joy and peace because you know God is working behind the scenes on your behalf. What are you believing for God to do in your life today? Can you see it in your mind’s eye? Can you see yourself healed? Can you see yourself paying off that last debt? Can you see yourself at your ideal weight? Can you see yourself sharing the gospel with a family member or coworker? Ask the Lord to give you the picture of what He sees when He looks at you. As you open your heart and allow God’s thoughts to become your thoughts, and your receive His promises by faith, just like it says in the above verse—whatever you ask for in prayer will be yours!
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank You for another day to serve You. Thank You for the gift of faith. I ask that you search my heart and mind and remove anything that does not please you. Give me your thoughts of peace and joy today so that I can learn to receive all you have for me today. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
Peace During Trials VERSE: Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph… (II Corinthians 2:14, NKJ).
THOUGHTS: When trials and challenges come, it’s easy to feel frustrated or discouraged that things aren’t going the way you planned. You might even feel overwhelmed by what’s happening around you. But no matter what you may be facing, you can have God’s perfect peace in your heart and mind. When life seems uncertain, you can have confidence because He has already overcome the world! One translation says, “I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.”
God has already fought your battle and conquered your enemies! He’s already paved the way to victory. When you maintain an attitude of faith and expectancy, you are moving forward on that path. Remember, when difficulties arise, focus on the fact that the Greater One lives inside of you. As the scripture says, “Be of good cheer!” because what you are going through will eventually be over, and you’ll come through stronger, wiser, more alive, and better off than you were before!
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank You for Your perfect peace. I choose to have an attitude of faith and expectancy, knowing that You have victory in store for me because I walk uprightly before You. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
I Am Bringing It To Pass: My glory is flooding the earth, and overtaking the dark places. VERSE: Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain (John 12:24, NKJ).
THOUGHTS: We all face difficulties and challenges in life. But you have to remember, as a believer in Jesus, you have the life–giving seed of Almighty God on the inside of you. When you go through disappointments or tough times, you may feel like you´ve been buried. You may feel like you´re in a dark, lonely place. You may feel like it´s the end, but in reality, it´s only the beginning. The fact is, you haven´t been buried; you have been planted. That means you´re coming back. And not only are you coming back, but you´re coming back in increase, better and stronger than before.
In those tough times, you´ve got to draw the line in the sand. Make a declaration, This difficulty is not going to bury me. This loss, this disappointment, this injustice is not going to cause me to give up on my dreams. I refuse to live in self–pity. I know I am a seed. That means I cannot be buried. I can only be planted. I may be down, but it´s only temporary. I know I´m not only coming back, I´m coming back even better than I was before!
PRAYER: Father in heaven, thank You for filling me with Your life–giving seed. I choose today to focus on the potential for my future. I know that I will overcome every obstacle by Your power that is at work in me. In Jesus´ Name. Amen.
VERSE: It seemed like a dream, too good to be true, when God [gave us the victory]…Now, God, do it again… so those with heavy hearts will come out laughing, with armloads of blessing (Psalm 126, Message) :
THOUGTHS: When you have a heavy heart, when life deals you a difficult blow, God wants to turn things around in your favor. Not only does He want to bring you out, but He wants to bring you out with a smile and better off than you were before. He wants to give you the victory and fill you with armloads of blessings!
You might be thinking, “That sounds too good to be true. You don’t know my situation.” But understand, God wants to overwhelm you with His goodness. He wants you to feel like you are living in a dream. The scripture says that He delights in the prosperity of His people. In other words, it gives Him great joy to bless you. You can be certain that when you stand in faith, even when it’s difficult, God will reward you. He’ll fill you with His peace. He’ll give you supernatural strength. He’ll give you the grace you need to face those challenges. You can be sure that He’ll always lead you into victory and fill you with armloads of blessings!
PRAYER: Father in heaven, thank You for Your promise of victory and blessing. I choose to keep my heart and mind focused on You. Have Your way in me and lead me into the life of blessing You have in store for me. In Jesus’ Name. Amen
Greetings Sister The Bible never speaks of hauntings. Rather, when a person dies, the spirit of that person is goes to one of two places. If the person is a true believer (not one who merely knows about Jesus, but one who has established a living relationship with Christ through faith), his spirit is ushered into the presence of Christ in heaven (Philippians 1:21-23; 2 Corinthians 5:8) and he will be reunited with his body (after it has been transformed into an immortal body at the time Christ “snatches” away his own from the coming judgment upon the earth at the time of the rapture [1 Thessalonians 4:13-18]). If one is not a believer in Christ and does not have his name written in the Lamb’s book of life, his spirit is put in a place of torment (Luke 16:23-24) called hell, to await his sentencing for his works in what is called the “great white throne judgment.” Peace, Messenger

Change Your Mind
VERSE: “Repent (think differently; change your mind, regretting your sins and changing your conduct), for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 3:2 AMP).
THOUGHTS: Do you have behaviors in your life that you want to stop? Maybe it’s a habit, a bad attitude, or even negative thoughts. No matter what you may want to change in your life, you have to start by changing your mind. You have to change your thinking so that your thoughts are in line with God’s thoughts. When you repent and make a decision to follow God in every area of your life, you open the door for His supernatural power to work. When you take control of your thought life, you are cooperating with that power that is at work in you. Remember, your life will go in the direction of your thoughts. You can’t just allow any old thought or image to play in your mind. You have to choose right thoughts. The easiest way to change your thoughts is by speaking God’s Word. When you say “orange”, you probably won’t start thinking about an apple. In the same way, when you confess the Word of God, which says you are more than a conqueror, it will drive those negative, defeated thoughts away! Change your mind today by changing your words. As you think thoughts of faith and victory, you will move forward into the abundant life He has in store for you!
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, today I choose to take captive every thought that is contrary to Your will. I repent for anything in my life that is displeasing to You. Empower me today by Your spirit so that I can bring honor to You. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
