Currently taking any new members from the state of Ohio and from Ontario, Canada. This discision comes from several conversations with fans from Ohio and Ontario. For Ohio people, MCRmyOH is the place to go first, but you are also welcome to join up with Michigan. Ontario, as far as I'm concerned, you guys don't have any sort of street team. I'm only an hour or so away from the Detroit/Winsor tunnel and The Blue Water Bridge, so I don't mind picking up you guys, either.

I just want to say thanks to all the creators of this site.. I use to think that their werent a lot of MCR fans in MI, but then I found this site and I was pyched to finally find fans who were just as crazed about them as I am!!

Hey guys, if any of you are in the Ypsi/Ann Arbor area and are free on sundays I'd love to go do some promoing together(especially now that we have these nice packages that Kristina was sweet enough to put together for us <3).
I'm free between 1 and 4pm on sundays and can be found in the Espresso Royale Cafe on State and N. University (RIGHT across from UofM near the Noodle Co.). I'll be there with the Go Club (pretty easy to spot being the only girl, wearing headphones, sitting with a bunch of guys staring at huge boards with black and white stones on them lol).
If anyone wants to hook up, send me an inbox (plans tend to change last minute in my house so give me a way to reach you should anything come up) and I'll be sure to bring my humongo roll of packaging tape and promo stuff. I don't have a cam (aside from phone cam) so if you want to document our antics (and you know you do) bring a camera!

Hey! I got my promo about a week ago and I wanted to say thanks! I'll be putting up the posters around the Howell area and handing out the fliers and stickers at local shows around the Howell/Brighton area. =]
Just had to share that for my daughter's 17th bday this past week I made a My Chem clue hunt for her... all the clues were based on lyrics from MCR songs with one word missing - that was where she had to go to find the next clue. At the end of the hunt - which took a few hours... her last clue brought her to her gift which was tickets to the MCR London Ontario show.
It was really a lot of fun, her and her friends loved the hunt. I think it would be easily adaptable for MCRmy groups to do at get togethers. Feel free to email me at RCASurfer@AOL.com or here on myspace for some ideas and help getting started.
