I mis-spent my youth working in Lackluster Video watching too many videos and now I'm mis-spending my 2nd childhood watching too many DVDs. Horror is probably my fave genre, I've been to Frightfest (London's only Horror film fest) a couple of times for the whole weekend. Recent faves:- Devil's Rejects, The Descent, OngBak... Must Buys:- The Company Of Wolves, Escape From New York, The Life Aquatic... Must See:- Dead Meat (its so bad its good), The Rage In Placid Lake, Night Watch!Television
The Drug of a Nation, feeding ignorance and creating radiation.... (or something like that) Don't really watch the dirty box if I can help it, but sometimes buy series on DVD... You should see:- The Mighty Boosh, Spaced, Black Books. Guilty Pleasures:- Smallville, X-files, Scrubs...Books
Yes I own many and have read most of them. I very much enjoy books by (in no particular order):- Brett Easton-Ellis, Terry Pratchet, Neil Gaiman, Neal Stephenson, Joe Lansdale (champion mojo storyteller), Christopher Brookmeyer, Carl Hiassen, Mikhail Bulgakov, Thomas Pynchon... I like comics too... Ooh pretty pictures...Heroes
Aren't these like some sort of American sandwich? I've always been quite fond of cheese sandwichs, but recently I've been adding a little fried onion, some steak, a few mushrooms and some BBQ sauce, it gives it a kick in the ass.... I look up to everyone taller than me and down on all others... But if you put me on the spot both of my biggest Heroes are really short? Go figure?
