After years of development in the studio, Guarnere was finally ripe and ready to hit the stage. Since the mid-90's, M.D.G. has fronted his own band, duo, trio, tribute band, and numerous collaborative projects. Performing live has become Guarnere's prime directive, but he has always been frustrated with some members’ unavailability to tour. Guarnere is now seeking the lead singer position in a solid, musically exciting outfit that has no such limitations.
As a musician and audio engineer, Guarnere has traveled clear across the country and other parts of the world. Destinations such as Russia, Germany, The Netherlands, England, and Canada have truly helped Guarnere cultivate a much greater awareness and appreciation for different cultures and musical styles.
Matthew D. Guarnere has previously collaborated with rock guitarists, Derek Frigo (Enuff Z’nuff), Paul
Chapman (UFO/Waysted), and George Bellas (Shrapnel Records). Guarnere has also performed improvisational
works with jazz trumpet virtuoso, Paul Smoker.

Yeah, I find that ProTools just sucks all the life out of a nervous breakdown. You just can't beat the natural compression on those high decibel screams.
