About me: i've come to the conclusion that my life is like a river. funny, Jordan...river. it's always moving. and i keep moving with it. sometimes it's slow and relaxing, and i enjoy it immensely. sometimes it's fast and rough, and all i can do is hang on. once in a while i hit a waterfall, and i feel like i'm hanging in the air. but there is usually a deep pool at the bottom. most of the time i can't see what's coming up around the bend. does it really matter? i find i enjoy life most when i focus on the beauty surrounding me wherever i am. Pocahontas was right. the waters are constantly changing. but God isn't. i've found that trusting Him no matter where i'm at in the river is like having a lifeline, a rock, something stable in the midst of instability.
so here i am. a broken man in a broken world. i want to see all things restored. people are everything. i am learning to love. life is good. God is good. people are good. love is the better way. Jesus came to show us the way. i've got my eyes open. i want to see...
