About me: After a fantastic collegiate basketball career I considered playing pro ball in the WNBA. Ultimately, I decided that sports were sweaty and hard so I put my extraordinary height, lanky build and all-around coltish good looks to work for me and became a Super Model. That got really boring fast so then I moved to Guam and became a Reptile Relocation Specialist.

The gallery walls will be transformed as a 15 artists come out from all over the world for a huge install collaboration. Thirty artists will be showcased. Each artist will showcase 20 pieces created on found objects that will be integrated into and inspire the overall installation, bringing the gallery back into the realm of street art. These found object works will retail for $20 - $40, keeping the art accessible and true to its roots.

Art Whino joins forces with Tagür Footwear to present Inked Souls, an exhibition featuring customized sneakers and fine art by 35 local, national and international leaders in the Pop Surrealism/Urban Contemporary art movement. Each featured artist will customize one pair of AKA Blank Tagür sneakers along with one painting on canvas.
Black Cats Resident DJ Lil'e will be spinning the night away.
Concrete Alchemy is a tour of 15 visual artists visiting five major urban centers on the East Coast. It is the first tour that creatively combines gallery shows, public panel discussions and numerous murals to present the artists’ unique approach to public arts.
Friday, May 23rd, 2008 – National Harbor, MD The tour will officially end with a gallery exhibit opening at Art Whino on Friday, May 23, 2008 from 6 pm to midnight. The audience will have chance to view artists’ recently finished canvases and a slideshow of photographs from the previous days of the tour.
