Made up of several species, in fact, this diverse herd of cross-breeds has been baffling muffins, entertainment critics and half-baked punters alike for two years now.
The ever-evolving line-up consists of one Dogfhart (canis flatulatorus) whose enigmatic guitar stylings (and methane kazoo outbursts) create the perfect anti-rhythm section with The Groinlord Jeepers (dominus eunuchus) on egg shells and chalk dust. Discreetly hidden amongst his preferred shelter of poop-chute, one may find MAX Choice(!!) (maximus choiceness) not being very inconspicuous at all.
Various nefarious femaliens bring to Meat-Bix their own distinct version of just what can, in fact, constitute the task of singing. These chanteuses include Mrs. Tennessee Pussy (expelloramus mas clamorus) and Ms Bicurious George (touchus ladiormanus). Audiences have also encountered the mighty Valkyrian lungs of The Derek (Conqueror of Napalmerston North). The mysterious and elusive Brian (vomitus faecalithicus eructum) has also been spotted within a four metre radius of the group, but only during certain moon phases wherein he is capable of remaining temporarily upright and mobile.
This diversity of species is also indicative of the group's mating call, which may range from very cross pollination to lyrical whittling to interpretive wheelchair dance. Inquisitors of sound are highly encouraged to become observers of this group in order to fully understand their genre (or lack thereof).
Behavioural patterns strongly suggest that the Meat-Bix will be releasing a long-awaited baby rhino (THEY HAVE!) in the near future (NOW! NOW!! NOW!!!), as well as plans for more upcoming monstrosities in and around Auckland and NZ. Most recently, the highly anticipated sequel to last year's Meat-Bix Idol talent competition, So You Think You Can Dance to Meat-Bix saw some exceptional flailing exposed to the pubic eye.
