Two a.m. in slumber deep,
a thought peeks at my memory heap..
"could GOD have lost, and Satan won"?
or-"what if GOD and He are one"?

My eyes snap open to this dread
that seeped thru body to my bed,
and then a glympse near my right eye..
two shadows standing side by side.

the one I knew to be the Lord,
the other I just cant be sure.
they turned and spoke one to the other
I heard this deep (prophetic) utter..
then poof...... they're gone
and damned I be
whatever they revealed to me
was gone as quick as they had come
and left me feeling cold and numb.

Was years ago now, this occured
and still no memory what I heard.
I'll search in vain- what mind once saved.
No doubt- I'll find it in my grave.
