About me:

The LAMP is a non-profit organization that works with communities to develop and strengthen their multimedia skills. In workshops, the LAMP focuses on youths, educators and parents, exploring and exposing them to the numerous forms of media easily available. Through the creation of multimedia, the breakdown of multimedia and the analysis of multimedia, we can more effectively integrate the tools of communication in our everyday lives. The LAMP is also putting together a network of all the organizations and individuals in NYC who are interested or do work in media literacy. **Stay tuned for our announcement of a monthly NYC media literacy meet-up!**
