Created in September, 2001, the modus collective was just composed of some friends who had in common the same attraction for the electronics music.
Some of us were producing, others were mixing, however we worked in the only goal to complete the electronic music scene of Grenoble (fr) behind labels such as GoodLife.
Six years later we’re still in the place, but the last two origin’s members of the collective to remain active are bOX (mix / graphics and web design) and Voxel (mix / production).
Since 2005, two new artists joined the collective, Imago and Phonotone, with the aim to enlarge the variety of the musical tones.
Besides the modus' electronic parties, we were mixing regularly at the Mark XIII dept. 2 and since January 2007 for the Interface Electronics association at the MC2 of Grenoble (fr).
In October, 2005 we create the mediatek modus.
This web site is dedicated to the broadcasting of eclectic dj sets having for common denominator: the electronic music. Several artists have already participated in this adventure, as HIV +, Jerome D, Christopher Kah, Human Body, Agence2mix crew or indeed on the artists of the modus’ collective, and about 4000 persons came to listen to them.
We will try to maintain the mediatek modus up to date with fresh mixes from various artists.
