MEDIAWHORE was created in 2002 by multimedia artist Mikee Plastik. MEDIAWHORE is pure auditory art with an ever revolving door of some of the most diverse recording artists from around the world. Artists that have collaborated with Plastik to help bring the MEDIAWHORE concept to life include: Pete Jones (PIL, Brian Brain), Chains (Crumbsuckers, Genitorturers), Jim Walker (Culture of Greed), Mike Browning (Morbid Angel, Nocturnus, Acheron), J.R. Offarrel (Psudonym), Ross Meyers (Impotent Sea Snakes), Blake Harris (Grim Faeries, Pigface), Rob Kildoo (RK3^...), Juan "Punchy" Gonzalez (D.O.W. Studios), Eric Haase, Angel Bartolotta (Pig, Dope, Team Cybergeist), Vinnie Saletto. The dark electro-clash sounds of MediaWhore is best described as a glitched explosion - manipulated and twisted into various sound genres.
