Medicin is a creative threesome of a composer and arranger Evgeny Arsentev and a vocalist Edik Samoilov. In 2004 Formation Records' boss DJ SS included one of their tracks on the compilation "Jazz & Bass Sessions vol. IV". In 2005-2010 Medicin constantly works with D'n'B legend DJ SS on his projects as a production team, recording tracks for Beyonce, Maxwell, Peshay, MC Conrad, Greenlaw remixes. Medicin live show becomes one of the most bright performances in Drum'n'Bass thanks to a strong production, brilliant live guitar parts and outstanding live vocals. Formation Records plans to release Medicin's album soon. Medicin - Original Concept

'Original Concept' is a 15 free track project put together to showcase the musical talent and progression of Medicin, a Russian live band based in St. Petersburg.

Featuring unreleased material from 2000 to 2007 of old school flavours. With a combination of Drum & Bass, Jazz, Indie and Down-Tempo, this project gives a taste of their music before their debut album is to be released in 2011.

This is something different for the serious music lovers.
