    Medicine Hat, with a name pulled out of the South Saskatchewan River, are a 5 piece rock band formed in the early '90's by Hellraisin' Kiwi frontman Mark Jackson and UK Musician/Producer Steve Loveday. This internationally acclaimed ‘Southern’ spirited rock band have burned a trail across 4 albums, numerous single releases, a raucous live DVD and hundreds of live shows. "Southern fried Pop'n Roll, Medicine Hat are one of the few bands I've witnessed who can lay waste to a stage with such purposeful, personable ease"... Dave Ling, Classic Rock Magazine. Championed by Radio 2's Bob Harris [The Bob Harris jingle belongs to the ‘Hat’] and Johnny Walker, the bands blend of song craft and killer musicianship has taken them from early gigs at London’s famous Marquee Club to headline one of Canada's prestigious festivals, held in the bands namesake town, as well as to Europe and the bands legendary Harley Davidson shows!. The member’s diverse projects have ranged from the Pendell Guitar Project, whose music was used for the mega successful BBC/SKY series 'The Long Way Round', to the critically lauded Kelly Lee country album.
