Directions From Seattle:
- Take I-5 North To Mt. Vernon
-Get on Hwy 20 heading East (north cascades highway)
-Travel up and over the pass
-Take a right at the main Winthrop intersection (Sr 20)
-Drive 10mi south to Twisp
-Continue South until you get to the Loop Loop Pass Turn off
-Take a Left
-Drive up the pass for 3mi
-Festival is on the Right --Look For signs.

This is your personalized, myspace invite for you and all your friends to come party with us August 10th - 12th at the most kickass location for a party in the whole N-Dubya... Whitehorse Mountain Amphitheater located in Darrington, Washington, or D-town, as we say in the biz. It's about 80 minutes NE of Seattle.
If you're a first-time Melter, come see what all the buzz is about. If you have been before and you are a seasoned Melter, be prepared for the biggest and best yet. Yours truly has quite a treat planned for everyone. Hope to see you all at the party!
Everything about Comet Holmes seems a little peculiar--including the fact that anyone can see it. It's an "urban comet" visible to the naked eye among city lights as well as from the darker countryside. After sunset, look north for an expanding fuzzball in the constellation Perseus:
