About Medisin

Coming from the backwoods of Southern Vermont . Moving to Asheville,NC in 1999. Finding my way into the underground psychedelic culture and community that we have today. Starting my music career early in life with a bass guitar in an industrial goth band Necroscope with some old friends and a bottle of Robitussin ! Now about 18 years later , I go by Medisin playing all over the U.S. and hopefully internationally soon ! With many styles of psychedelic electronic music under my belt and much experience on stage.. Playing many festivals , parties and gatherings . I have been with the TOUCH Samadhi family here in Asheville for 10 years , Asheville Full Moon Gatherings since we started 5 years ago and pretty much whatever comes my way , I'm usually down for a good party with a packed dance floor .. PsyTrance , GlitchHop , DubStep , PsyBreaks ,Electro , PsyDub , Drum & Bass ,ECT... You get the Idea ...I like to enjoy life and celebrate it any chance I get. Boom, Medisin JJ
