    Italiano: I MegaherA si formarono il 3 Ottobre 2008 a Sassari in Italia, per volonta' del Leader MARIO MARRAS (Lead & Rhythm Guitar/ Vocals) e da ROBERTO PIU (Drums), uniti entrambi dalla volonta' di riproporre un l'Heavy Metal vecchia scuola. Si unirono qualche mese dopo ANTONIO BORGESI (Bass Guitar) di Valledoria e MARCO COSSU (Lead-Rhythm Guitar) completando graniticamente la formazione. Il loro sound è caratterizzato da molteplici influenze, maggiormente da una miscela tra Hard & Heavy, NWoBHM e vecchio Thrash Metal americano, ma il gruppo si definisce semplicemente una band Heavy Metal priva di convenzioni. Dopo aver realizzato i primi brani, si mise in mostra tenendo diversi concerti nell'isola, raccogliendo una notevole notorietà in ambito sardo e italiano, consolidata poi successivamente dalla vittoria di alcuni contest fra molte band isolane che consentirà anche la Band di esibirsi all'estero in Inghilterra. Il 27 Maggio 2011 la band ufficializza per mezzo della label My Graveyard Productions il loro primo full-length intitolato "Metal Maniac Attack", raccontato dal videoclip ufficiale "Before The Night" in collaborazione con la Modus Operandi. Il tutto offrirà loro un posto nell' underground internazionale, suonando anche al fianco di storiche band come Raven, Paul DiAnno ma anche Labyrinth e Pino Scotto. La band infine, è al lavoro per ultimare il secondo nuovo full-length previsto per il 2012. <br /> English: Megahera formed on October 3rd 2008 in Sassari, Italy, due to Mario Marras (Lead and rhythm guitar, vocals), their leader, and Roberto Piu (drum), united together by their will to present Old School Heavy Metal again. A few months later, Antonio Borgesi (Bass guitar) from Valledoria and Marco Cossu (Lead and rhythm guitar) joined the band, "granitically" completing the line-up. Their sound is characterised by several influences, mainly a mixture of Hard & Heavy, NWoBHM and old American Thrash Metal, but the group defines itself as a mere and without any other label Heavy Metal band. After having written the firsts songs, the band showed itself in various concerts through the island, reaching a noteworthy fame over the Sardinian and Italian area, later strengthened by the victory of some contests among many bands always from the island, that allowed Megahera to play abroad in England. On May 27th 2011, the band made official their first full-length "Metal Maniac Attack" thanks to My Graveyard Production label, narrated by the official video of "Before the night" in cooperation with the team Modus Operandi. That all was going to make them gain a space in the international underground and let them play at the side of historic bands such as Raven, Paul Di Anno (ex Iron Maiden) but also Labyrinth and Pino Scotto (ex Vanadium). Lastly, the band is now working to complete their second full-length, planned for 2012.
