Megan Kerans was born with a love of adventure and romance in her blood. A descendent of Musketeers, she began creating exciting tales long before she could read. As Megan grew older, she traveled extensively and quickly developed a love of new places, history, and cultures.
Never one to back down from a challenge, her sexy vampire pirate series Dead Men Tell Tales – Moonlight Pirate began with dare in January 2006 from writing friends Delilah Devlin and Elle James. The paranormal erotic novella became her first sale. Megan quickly followed the success with sales to Kensington Aphrodisia and Ellora’s Cave.
A native Chicagoan, with Wisconsin roots, Megan currently lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband, an overly intelligent Abyssinian and two flame point Siamese. The little time not spent writing, or cat herding, she enjoys reading, making her annual pilgrimage to Walt Disney World, graphic design & photography, music and fencing.

It's been a long summer but salmon fishing season ends this month and I'm hoping that life will have a "normal" routine again. (LOL -- Is there really any such thing as "normal"?)
