One of NKOTB's first tours (the first, maybe?) had them paired with Tiffany in 1987 or '88, which included a stop at Darien Lake. When the tour first started, it was them opening for her, but with their popularity rising so quickly, the powers-that-be decided midway through the tour to reverse the lineup, so she would be the opener...
They couldn't have made the cutoff point two weeks later, so I could see the act I paid for headline? Conspiracy, I tell you!! hehe
