Mekanik is a Techno-event created in the summer of 2006 out of the mind of dj Nuevo aka Jesse who noticed that Leuven didn't really have a Solid techno scene (non-minimal techno) He rounded up some fellow techheads and they organised a party which gave a chance to young talents but at the same time had a big name in the line-up, at the first edition it was no other than the best young talent of Belgium, chosen by the readers of Out Soon -> Dj Kr!z.
Nowadays, you can expect our parties to take place at the club of our new found friends, Der Machine.
Currently, the crew consists of:

Inderdaad mannen, ik heb me zwaar vermaakt afgelopen vrijdag. Al had ik het idee dat mensen af en toe niet goed wisten wat ze met de muziek aan moesten.
