About me:

I'm a WAHM. I am a freelance writer, editor, and blogger (and I make a mean PB&J on wheat.) I'm a Lightning fan, a wine-holding chick-flick lover, and I value true friendships more than life itself; even old dried-up ones that should be reconstituted slowly to prevent implosion, or explosion; neither which are very pretty. I'm addicted to handbags and anything that organizes smaller things into bigger things, and if you give me a label I'll get quite giddy. Give me the whole label machine, or a printer and sticky paper, and I might even give you my Godiva or diet Pepsi. Um...did I just say that? Hmm...don't hold me to it. My background is in Interior Design. I quit to become a Mom and take care of the thing that has always been in the forefront - my family. I've missed the ID field terribly, but suddenly found a whirlwind of success in a field that has forever been in my blood. (I just never listened to my heart.) Although, I'll always love color and whisper, "form follows function." Through the years I've also become interested in "building green" and design that utilizes preservation of natural resources. Plant a tree, ride a bike...recycle. (Then go pick up a copy of the Glow Project Magazine.) Just sayin'. I'm an Asian that's not sure what Mu Sho really is, a borderline diabetic that adores sticky rice, and a fromage lover that suffers from lactose intolerance. Yes, I'm a foodie that adores the kitchen, but until rockin' the wok like a white girl is more edible, I stick by the motto: "I'm less Asian...more Caucasian." (By spatula and Oxo tongs that is.) Come on, you do the math. Well, cause that's not my forte' either!
