I got my first LP (Jimi Hendrix live experience) in 1978 or so and thats how it all started. I was massivly influenced by pschedelic music and...very fast I had hundreds of vinyl plates, started djaying in the early eighties...and with the eighties I stepped into funk (with a huge collection of p-funk shit) electronic music....with Kraftwerk and later on Brian Eno (My life in a bush of ghosts) and the wonderfull Yellow Magic Orchestra....Too much to tell :-) Well...don..t forget "Die Gruene Reise" by Achim Reichel, Brainticket, Aphrodites Child with 666, SPK in the eighties, Virgin Prunes, Alien Sex Fiend...and? Frank Zappa for sure and jazz from hell, which opened up my mind to a new universe, Ligeti, Ornette Coleman, Anthony Braxton, Dehlia Derbyshire, John Cage and since some weeks (August 2008) I..m addicted to Scott Walkers - The Drift.

Some hundred years ago I started learning guitar, cause my parents thought its nice to play an instrument...isn..t it? Well, I..m still playing guitar and I really love it, but now my computer plays the solos much faster than I :-) I came to electronic music via the easy programming language basic...somewhen in the late 80ties...working on stupidly-nervous-endless pling-pling compositions & loops. Today my favourite fast-working tools are Fruity Loops, Cubase, Logic, audition. So far melectric is only me and a whole bunch of virtual musicians aka Vst and Vsti instruments to whom I..m really addicted. I can..t name all those code-heros! Update 2008: Finished my Sounddesign studies.
