Myself on vox and the occasional strumming of the guit, or the rare piano tinkling.
Musician friends of mine. Cloase friends who have been kind enough to help out with thier gifts and talents.
I play with anyone who is a focused, dedicated committed musician to his/her name.
I play with good friends for the love among us.
Will like to form my own band very much.
Would like open minded musicians, who are willing to play for the music, willing to play well and be serious, interested in gigging regularly.
Would like a guitarist, drummer, bassist, violinist, and if anyone has an interesting instrument to contribute. why not man.
Listen to ALOT of artists.
However, I take to the softer things, the jazz and blues, the slightly rockish kinda pop, the well-written occasional loud stuff, the post-modern stuff, the groovy stuff, yea, the sentimental stuff, the stuff with FEELING.

Melissa Desiree Michelle. Now standing tall at 162cm, 21 years of age and working.
Affectionately known as Mel to her friends and family, she prefers to be known as Lissa on stage.
Melissa started singing at the tender age of three. One of her first idols was Michael Jackson. She used to imitate his dressing and dance moves, according to her elders. She used to sing out loud at home; in the bath, at her godparents' place, and in front of total strangers. Together with her elder brother Nicholas, who was also musically inclined, they took music lessons at Yamaha, like other children. And like her brother, she went onto the different grades of piano examinations under a private tutor called Hwang Yen. Melissa enjoyed piano lessons very much and especially enjoyed preparing for examinations even if it meant practising for two hours everyday after school.
Melissa started singing by humming and memorising tunes she heard off the television series' that she watched at home with her family. She loved chinese ballads very much and grew up listening to chinese ballads on the radio. When she was about sixteen years old, she started listening to the English radio stations instead. This continued till she was done with her tertiary school years. During those years, she joined her church choir, and was soon the sectional leader of her soprano section.
Melissa also took up vocal training classes (two sets to be exact), when she was seventeen and eighteen years old. This, according to her mentor, Samuel Seow, helped her open up her vocal chords, and her voice was "discovered" then. It was at that time that her mentor, engaged Melissa with her first recording experience. In the year 2002, she recorded one song for a christmas album that was being produced for charity. The song was called " O Come, O Come Emmanuel ". This song was among another nineteen tracks that Melissa sang together with a group of other singers.
During choir practices, she trained her choral voice, and outside of choir, she trained her solo voice. Until she was nineteen years old, she gained stage experience through singing for wedding events, dinners and private functions. In that same year, during her birthday month, Melissa recorded a cover of Andrea Borcelli and Celine Dion's " The Prayer " for a friend's wedding, together with the tenor sectional leader of her choir, Seah Wei Yi. This was Melissa's second recording.
The December after Melissa turned nineteen, she met a few wonderful talented musicians of her age group and became very close friends with them. The year she was turning twenty, Melissa started performing outside with these friends. Since then, she's performed numerous times at several places, with her friends and other musician friends she made along the way.
This year, before she turned 21, Melissa started writing songs, after being encouraged by one of her fellow musician friends, Claire Chun, who is also a singer-songwriter. The last half a year, Melissa has written eight songs to her name, and is still working on a few more. She recorded her third original, " Those Moonlit Nights" and is planning to record the rest of her other seven completed songs. She also recorded a cover of her muse, Damien Rice's " The Blower's Daughter".
Melissa found inspiration in many artists, especially over the last one year. But her four greatest inspirations are home grown talent Corrinne May, Damien Rice, Lisa Hannigan and the beautiful Rachael Yamagata. She thanks musician friends like Charles Lim, Jase Sng, Patrick Chng, Amanda Tee and many other musician friends who have helped her along her musical journey thus far.
Melissa has decided to keep singing and performing, and hopefully one day, have the opporunity to record with a label.
