I try to stop in there abt once a week to answer more questions. .. .. NOTE: I read all of your messages, but I have had to get help replying. So, let me say it here too--Thank you all for reading, for asking such interesting questions . . . and for letting me know your thoughts... THE BIO BIT:.. Formerly: lit teacher, bartender, waitress, et al .. Currently: novelist, tattoo junkie, museum fan, & photography dabbler .. The third of these, FRAGILE ETERNITY, will release in 2009 in the US & UK...

Who I'd like to meet:

people with passion--be it for ink (on any canvas), words, wisdom, thrills, whatever. I live for feeling that lovely sensation that the butterflies are swarming inside my skin trying to find a way out. It's good fun to meet people and learn of their passions & stories.

NOTE:

Pre-published Authors: For both ethical & time constraint reasons, I CANNOT read your unpublished novel (or excerpts on your MySpace page). Thanks!

Published authors: ALL blurb requests must go through my agent, Merrilee Heifetz, at Writers House. NO exceptions. Even if you have my email or know me (actually ESPECIALLY) if you know me, requests must go through Merrilee.

OTOH, I love being a fan. I am regularly enthralled by beautiful visuals & sounds, so feel free to send me "wanna listen to my music?" or "wanna look at my visual art?" invites. Enthrall me, please. I like it. Just no invitations to read, okay?

Hello. Thanks for accepting my friend requests. I absolutely adore the Wicked Lovely series, and was wondering if there's anywhere online that I can download a larger picture of the Ink Exchange tattoo? (I know there's a picture of it in the book but I'd like a larger copy as I'm thinking about getting it done!)

You are always very personable with us fans, and that's awesome. It's nice to have that in an author. I hope someday I have the pleasure of meeting you.

Graveyard Book is amazing--I read it to Lina as a bedtime story when she was little (not that she isn't still little!) because I couldn't put it down. It's one of my go-to books to read when I need a lift.

In other news, have you checked out Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab? They are a perfumery online and they make the most amazing scents, including ones inspired by Neil's books. They have a section for Graveyard Book scents if you haven't checked them out. :)

Oh my god! I can't wait for "fragile eternity" to be released in Germany. Does anybody know about the Date!
I love your books! I couldn't stop reading them and read them in one day without doing anything else but being into the story!!
Can't wait for part three :)
