Matthew 6:19-34
"Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal; but store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. "The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light; but if your eye is unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light in you is darkness, how great is the darkness! "No one can serve two masters; for a slave will either hate the one and love the other, or be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth. "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And can any of you by worrying add a single hour to your span of life? And why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not clothed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you--you of little faith? Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear?' For it is the Gentiles who strive for all these things; and indeed your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But strive first for the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. "So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring worries of its own. Today's trouble is enough for today.

My ARTIST Statement-My Vision of my Visions-Creating a place for the eye to ponder is the most liberating activity for me.... Everyday unfolds so many opportunities for
the mind to bend, twist, reform, change or morph into the unknown... These visions, these dreams, and these infatuations
become me in my efforts to interpret my inner self portrait. I fell in love with art before I even knew I existed...Really if you
look in my mother's womb...you can see my first tribal wall drawings...hehe! Ever since I could pick up a crayon I knew it was
my destiny and I never held a pen for just notes of words but of visual context. I can remember taking vocabulary quizzes
and I drew a picture for each word that was given...It always got me extra points...But I think it was just the way I had seen
things compared to the norm or the structured way we were all made to see it. I never really became conformed into this
world ...be it the time scheadule, the learning process, the steps to become successful...I have always followed my heart
and physical feelings for what I felt at the time would make the best at what ever I decided to do .....................................................
(Steps are for those who wish to follow what has already been built...that's fine too... but making your own steps or jumping
into a mud hole or a rocky surface and all these areas you can find your own path a way no one can teach you...only the way
you handle each situations> The BEST learning can only be taught through living it...the most epic humans seem to have gone
through so much trials and tribulations...truly admirable) ................................................................................... If I was hungry and late to
class...then I choose to eat instead...why?... Because what good will my work be if I am thinking about my stomach while trying
to sculpt?... My sculpture would be half of what it could be and I am in school for my work and my work only...Cause seriously...
who look at a degree when it comes to art.... If the art does not speak to you then I havent spoke to my art... .............................
My work involves my presence be it in the portrait or the pure essence of the way I move my characters.... I love the figure and
believe there is nothing more complicated than the human form and the human mind... For all people are different and shaped
by each and every incident that happened in their life...no two people can ever be the same in this sense...therefore making each
human a monumental structure with a story so unique it could never be fully captured in one book or in one picture...But there
is one moment before after or during an activity or thought you can capture in the human expression... This is what I strive for...
Time is so valuble and if you give a glimpse of time to see into your soul....so much can be revealed and appreciated...
