My son, Alexander Ocean, was born August 13th 2008, 2:09AM at the Women's Health & Birth Center after 43 hours of drug-free labor. I labored in a birthing tub until the last 30 minutes,and pushed for ten to fifteen minutes laying on the bed while holding Joshua in my arms. My friends Sarah, Emily, Maryanne, husband Joshua, midwife Rosanne, a RN, & my doula Nicole were there for the birth of my sweet little angel.
