Mellotron is a creation that has finally taken place here in 2007. Most of the ideas have been around for a very long time. Most songs were written in the 2003 - 2006 range, but some as far back as 2000. The focus of the music is to be HEAVY, and at the end of the day to be called a new brand of metal. Be it Nitro metal or Prog Metal, or whatever you want to call it, it is HEAVY. Fans of Devin Townsend (SYL too), Meshuggah, Dream Theater, Genesis, and Pantera, This music is for you.
