About Melody Allegra Berger

Hey, all! My name’s Melody and I’ve been playing violin since the wee age of five years old. (and I turned 28 in November, so it’s been a while) I fell in love with bluegrass back in January of ’05 and have been playing/singing with loads of bands in the Philly and NYC area ever since!

For the first four recordings on this site, I got together a bunch of fabulous Philly area pickers and we recorded an album live at my friend Peter Wroblewski’s place in one intense musical weekend. To get that whole album you can click on the CD cover paypal button to the left.
