A new band has sprung out of the womb from the twisted streets of Winnipeg. Thier music style can only be called odd, with fans often asking themselves, " What the hell are we listening to?" and " Are these guys high?". Maybe yes, maybe no... but one thing is for sure, it sure is catchy.
Melting Sound was formed in the early summer of 2007 while drinking in the Summerland apartments. Gerry was smashed and was complaining about his lack of ego. Many other people in the room joined in expressing their dissatisfaction with thier current ego level. It was decided that forming a band was the only way to go, thus Melting Sound was born.
Allister joined to play bass later on!
