Right now I am digging the Daughtry CD. Other influences are Bonnie Rait, Loretta Lynn, Trisha Yearwood, Wynonna, Aretha Franklin, Patty Loveless, Patty Griffin, Sarah McLachlan,Sheryl Crow, Shawn Colvin, Better Than Ezra...... of course U2........Tanya Tucker, Reba McEntire, Alabama, Mariah Carey, Elvis, Counting Crows, Dave Mathews........and the list goes on....
Memarie's video, "Leave Me Alone", has been in regular rotation on GAC and approximately 50 regional and local cable outlets in the U.S. Memarie has also visited and appeared on GACs (Great American Country) Fast Forward Show and Jones Radio Networks and CMT Radio.
Memarie has toured more than 150 cities visiting radio stations, newspapers and performing more than 50 TV morning shows throughout the U.S. on CBS, ABC, FOX, UPN, NBC and PAX affiliates.
The single Leave Me Alone was Most Added in the R&R Indicator Chart and remained there for 8 weeks. The single received airplay on more than 75 R&R Indicator and Music Row stations. The single also received airplay on American Airlines, in more than 23 major airports, 1280 retail record stores and 2100 Rent-A-Centers.
Memarie has partnered with Coca Cola Consolidated and performed more than 30 Wal-Mart Grand Openings.
