Me Mom and Morgentaler were a 1990s Canadian band from Montreal, Quebec. They gained
renown for their elaborate live performances - spectacles
of vaudevillian-styled performance art with decidedly leftist leanings. They were one of the most popular and influential
alternative rock bands on the live music scene in Canada of their era, although they
only released one studio album, 1993's Shiva Space Machine.
Following the 1995 release of the live album, We Are Revolting, the band broke up.
The band reappeared for the Montreal Jazz Festival and Festival d'Ete in Quebec City in 1999.

Members
John Britton (Percussion)
John "JB" Britton lives in Toronto and writes for Martiniboys.com among many other things. He is also drumming in a band called The Craft Economy. Their first piece of music is going to be an EP called, "All On C" coming out in a month.
Sid Zanforlin (Drums)
Sid Zanforlin performs in Creature and is an accomplished cameraman and director of both stage and screen.
Kim Bingham (vocals)
Kim Bingham moved to Vancouver in 1996 where she formed the band Mudgirl. In 1999, she dissolved the band and created The Kim Band the band's debut album, Girlology, was released in 2001. From 2001 to 2003, Bingham worked with David Usher as a guitarist and backing vocalist. In 2003, Kim Bingham released a single nammed "Coeur de sable" in Quebec. In 2003 and 2004, she toured with pop singer Nelly Furtado and worked with David Usher. In 2005, Kim wrote music for the first season of TV series Les invincibles broadcasted at Radio-canada. Kim is now member of the band Kamikaze Pilot.
Gus Van Go Coriandoli (Guitar/Vocals)
Gus Van Go is busy as a New York based producer and studio engineer for such bands as the Stills and Priestess.
John Jordan (Saxophone)
Saxophonist John Jordan teams up with Kali of Kali & Dub Inc. on the benefit single So Much Sun, available now for download at osmosisunlimited. If you like it and would like to make a donation contact Ami-Quebec (514.486-1448 for information on donations).
Adam Bix Berger (Trumpet)
Baltimore Bix Berger has his own artist management company, Marathon, based in New York City.
Noah Green (Accordion)
Noah Green went on to sing for New York-based Too Skinnee Js, who disbanded in 2001. He currently teaches English in Barcelona.
Matt Lipscombe (Bass)
Matt Lipscombe formed the band Mr. Matt et la caravane du bonheur, their first album, Veo Dios en ti was released in 2004. Matt is released his first English Solo album last September.
