About me:

Quickly, I want to honor my 2 best friends ever and also the best band mates I had in the first 20 years of my life. Died when we were all 20..Jeff and Ryan Whitney..You guys, sorry about our incident but I lived without much injury, guess I won the bet eh..I won't forget our band though...I will bring flowers to your graves this winter since 7 years of silence passed from me...I'm keepin up with the music so no worries there kk?...RIP friends..So anyways, about me? Much regarding my own past will remain a secrecy...Any ways my real name is Goki Abe, my personality and looks truly resemble my Zodiac of a Scorpio...I'm indeed Japanese but looked upon as non traditional....Born and raised in NY, maybe thats why...Well whatever... So a bit about me right?... So when I'm not investing long hours working on whatever, I am more than chill and adventurous...I like a lot of things, but in short... I am very easy to get along with and be real good friends with. My main virtue is charisma and serving inspiration to any being that cross my path in my life..

Involved in my current band which is Green Day meets Van Halen (Punk party songs with lots of fancy soloing like Van Halen. Anyways I was raised a classical violinist from the age of 6 with my early life focused on performing in classical orchestras. One day around 12, I put down my violin for eternity as I realized that classical music was dead. Since then, I have devoted myself to mastering the musical techniques of 2 instruments, drums and electric guitar. The turn in tide was that I discovered the 80's neo-classical metal/flashy hair metal bands and went evil as I dedicated myself to studying the technical speed metal drumming and neo classical speed guitar works in the footsteps of the eighties musical Gods.

In short, that speedy technical guitar and drum style is what I still mainly focus on playing today aside from occasionally messing around with a little J-Rock and progressive metal tunes. Well..Tip of the iceberg as far as what I do, what I am like, and what I have done in life and with music. I am also known for liking glamour, having confidence, rather comedic personality, ability to open people up quickly, musical bands I play in, my past visual kei days, Anime con-busting, listening and composing music like in the 80's, total love of being youthful, love of anime, putting on make up at times, finally I am told I am flashy with anything I try to do..Oh yea, also coincidentally looking like Gackt at every gosh darn anime convention I freakin' go to... WTF!! Basically I get commented that I am anything but boring... Lots more I can say; but the rest I'll keep a mystery that you can unravel...You just have to meet me as I can confidently say I am a one of a kind...So let's meet somewhere; sometime in the galaxy...Promise me there...

As long as I can say the word tomorrow without fear, I am usually living the good life.
In essence I live...I breathe..go with the flow of the wind and watch over the movement of the stars.

I was born amidst the benevolent stars that shine in the Southern Sky. I want to someday return to the skies...to watch the ages change..to seize the eternal beauty
So here is some more info and insight in to me...

I always search for technically and creatively skilled musicians to mesh with. Mainly musicians who are inspired by those such as Luna Sea, X-Japan, classical, power metal, Siam Shade and the musical Gods of the 80's.

Currently I launched a new band, N-Point with another technical electric and acoustic style guitarist and awesome buddy of mine Steve...Our busy classical guitar soloing works with a love for the 80's shredding, progressive style and mainstream was pretty much our spark for the band. Hopefully our recordings will come sometime in late 2008 into 2009!...Best wishes from Steve and Goki..
